I'm not sure what to say about this shot, I think it really speaks for itself.
I will say meaning aside, just look at my male models amazing chest! He's not even a year post op as far as I know and he look incredible. He was a brave guy to get it done and he and his partner worked so hard for it. They are both an inspiration to others.
The very same surgeon who worked on him is going to be doing my surgery in just a few days time. Let's hope I look as magnificent as my model does.
